Uttarakhand : 22 new cases of corona in Uttarakhand, one death
On Wednesday, 22 new corona patients were found in Uttarakhand and one infected died. With this, the total number of corona infected in the state has gone up to three lakh 43 thousand 618. While the death toll has gone up to 7396. According to the data released by the Health Department, maximum 10 new patients have been found in the capital Dehradun on Wednesday.
After a long time in the capital, so many patients have been found in a single day. Apart from this, two new infected have been found in Almora, Haridwar, Pauri and Pithoragarh districts. Seven patients from different districts of the state were discharged after treatment. Due to which the number of active patients has now come down to 163. On Wednesday, the report of about 15 thousand samples came and about the same number of samples have been sent for investigation.
The infection rate in the state is 0.14 percent while the recovery rate of patients is more than 96 percent. On Wednesday, a total of more than 24 thousand people across the state have been given anti-corona vaccines. Health department officials said that people are being made aware to follow the COVID guidelines so that corona cases can be controlled.
