The corporate management should ensure the payment of PPP and SIP of the previous year and the current year by convening the joint committee meeting at the earliest. Rajbir Chouhan said that along with conducting the recognition elections of BHEL labor unions soon, term insurance plan should be implemented in the interest of the employees. He said that the scheme period applicable to help the families of the employees who lost their lives in the Corona epidemic should be implemented till retirement instead of five years and the benefits of the scheme should also be given to the employees who lost their lives due to reasons. He warned that if the management does not fulfill the demands soon, then the union will not back down from the agitation.
