Money spent on Harki Paidhi should be checked : AAP
The Aam Aadmi Party has accused Harki Paidi of corruption in the works done out of IOC’s CSR fund. AAP leaders have demanded an inquiry by a retired judge into the matter. Talking to reporters at the party office on Tuesday, State Secretary Om Prakash Mishra alleged that many scams were committed during the Haridwar Kumbh. which are slowly coming to the fore. At the same time crores of rupees were spent on the beautification and expansion of Harki Paidi from CSR funds. While there is no work visible anywhere on the ground. Mishra said that Harki Paidi is associated with the faith of crores of Hindus of the world. The BJP government has done a lot of corruption even in the place of faith. The government should get it investigated by a retired judge and tell the account of every penny to the public. State Vice President Mahila Morcha Hema Bhandari said that being the MLA of Haridwar, Madan Kaushik should have kept an eye on development works in his assembly. Hema said that the Aam Aadmi Party will go from house to house and expose this corruption. Aam Aadmi Party will not tolerate any kind of corruption. Whoever is involved in this corruption should be immediately suspended. District Secretary Anil Sati, District President Buddhist Cell Nitin Tyagi were involved in the press conference.
