Aryan Khan will have to spend in jail tonight, hearing on bail adjourned till tomorrow

Aryan Khan, son of Shahrukh Khan, accused of drugs case, will have to spend in jail tonight as well. On Wednesday, the hearing on his bail application went on for nearly three hours and no decision came. The court has now said for hearing on this on Thursday. The matter will now come up for hearing only after 11 am on Thursday. In such a situation, the wait for Aryan Khan to come out of jail has become long. During the hearing on bail, the NCB said that a chat has been found between Aryan Khan and a foreign national. In this chat, there was talk about the commercial quantity of hard drugs.

The Additional Solicitor General said in the court, “There has been a discussion on WhatsApp chat between Aryan and the foreign national regarding hard drugs. There has also been talk about payment. He said that this thing cannot be done for personal use only and it needs to be investigated. He said that we have spoken to the Ministry of External Affairs regarding the identity of the foreign national so that the case can be investigated from that angle. He said that one such person was also there, from whose possession commercial quantity of drugs was found. Achit Kumar is a drugs peddler. Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant have spoken to him.

Not only this, the ASG said that I can also show the WhatsApp chat in the court, which talks about drugs. ASG Anil Singh said, I can show you the chat in which a large quantity of drugs is being talked about. This large quantity cannot be used for personal use. Apart from this, there are some chats which I cannot talk about here in open court. There are chats in which foreign nationals have been talked to.
