Chhattisgarh / Ambikapur : Three arrested with brown sugar and heroin worth 1 crore 10 lakh

Police has achieved great success in Surguja, Chhattisgarh. Surguja police have arrested three people with brown sugar and heroin worth one crore ten lakhs. A woman is also among the accused. According to the information given by Additional Superintendent of Police Vivek Shukla, the police, acting on the information of the informer, arrested Mrityunjay Gupta and Geeta Soni, residents of Sasaram in Jharkhand, for bringing brown sugar and buying Russell Ekka of Ambikapur. 625 grams of brown sugar and 110 grams of heroin have been recovered from the accused. Its value has been estimated at one crore ten lakhs. The interrogation of the same smugglers is going on.
