Apart from this, the undertrial prisoners detained in District Jail, Dehradun were also informed that if they do not have the facility of advocate to advocate their case, then they can send an application to the District Legal Services Authority, Dehradun for the facility of free advocate. can troubleshoot. During the said visit, during the inspection in the women’s barracks and men’s barracks in the District Jail, Dehradun, it was asked from the prisoners that if a prisoner has not been appointed or is unable to appoint a lawyer to defend his case. He can get free advocate for his case by submitting an application to the District Legal Services Authority.
