Uttarakhand : The dream of rail in Bageshwar will be fulfilled soon : CM
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that soon the dream of reaching Bageshwar by rail would be fulfilled. The central and state governments of BJP are committed to this. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for sanctioning Rs 28 crore for the final survey of Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line, he said that Ganga of development would flow through the rail line.
Chief Minister Dhami was addressing a public meeting at Bageshwar Degree College on Wednesday. The Chief Minister said that his government has taken 350 decisions in 103 days. In this, the interests of the people of all classes have been kept in mind. Counting the achievements of the government, CM Dhami said that the bureaucracy has been under control since he became the CM.
He has taken decisions in the interest of ASHAs, Upal employees. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he informed about the approval of Rs 28 crore for the final survey of Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line. In Bageshwar, CM Dhami inaugurated 21 schemes and laid the foundation stone of similar schemes.
Before the meeting held at Degree College ground, CM inaugurated 21 schemes costing Rs 5 crore 957 lakh and laid the foundation stone of schemes worth more than Rs 3 crore 466 lakh. Also inaugurated the campus of SSJ University at Bageshwar Mahavidyalaya. Higher Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that he has fulfilled the long-standing demand of Bageshwar College by granting campus status to SSJ University.
