Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Arrested the dumper driver who crushed 2 bike riders in a road accident at Panditwadi
On 30/10/21, the dumper number UK07CA 7997 collided with the bike number UK10A2269 in Chakrata Road, Panditwadi Police Station Cantt, due to which the bike rider (1) Santosh Prasad son Bhagwati Prasad resident of Niwal village Po.O.Med Thati Ghansali Tehri Garhwal age 30 years and ( 2) Abhishek Bhatt’s son Lalita Prasad Bhat resident of Dunda police station Dunda Uttarkashi aged 23 years both had died.
In relation to which a complaint was lodged by the brother of the deceased, Kailash Panuli, on 31/10/21 at the police station Cantt against the unknown dumper driver for causing the accident by speeding and driving, on the basis of the complaint, Section 279, 304A IPC was filed against the unknown.
