Uttar Pradesh : The Ayodhya chief priest of the Ram temple shrugged off the Mathura case, said – this is BJP’s plan in view of the elections
On 6 December, right-wing Hindu organizations had announced to perform Jalabhishek at Shahi Idgah in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. After which the police were deployed everywhere in Mathura. But the head priest of Ayodhya’s Ram temple has completely distanced itself from the Mathura case and said that this is BJP’s plan in view of the upcoming elections.
Talking to news channel NDTV, Mahant Satyendra Das of Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir said that it is completely on BJP to complete the construction work of Ram temple before the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Our border is up to Ramlala, we are not looking towards Mathura. A grand temple of Ramlala is being built. After that they go to Kashi or Mathura. This is completely BJP’s matter. They will continue their politics.
It is worth noting that in the past, Hindu organizations had announced a Jalabhishek program at the Shahi Idgah Masjid in Mathura on December 6, on the anniversary of the demolition of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya and sought permission from the administration to install a statue of Shri Krishna in the premises. But the administration did not allow this. Along with this, the administration had made tight security arrangements at every corner. After which Hindu organizations canceled their program.
However, in the past, during a program in Ayodhya, CM Yogi Adityanath had talked about doing Karseva without taking the name of Mathura. Yogi Adityanath had said that earlier speaking about Ram was considered a crime. But the people who opened fire on Ram Bhakts are bowed today. If this continues, he and his family will also do kar seva. Not even a bullet will fire in the next Karseva and flowers will be showered on the devotees of Ram.
A few days later, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya also started remembering Mathura. Keshav Maurya tweeted and wrote that Ayodhya Kashi grand temple construction is going on, Mathura is ready. A political uproar started on this tweet of his and later he said about his tweet that everyone wants to see the construction of a grand temple on Krishna Janmabhoomi.
