The Bindukhatta police outpost in-charge of Lalkuan Kotwali area has become costly to confront the lawyer. After the lawyers’ agitation and heavy pressure, finally the SSP has attached the Bindukhatta outpost in-charge Manoj Chaudhary to the Vanbhulpura police station.
Three days ago, advocate DS Joshi and police outpost in-charge and three other policemen were assaulted in a land dispute case under Bindukhatta police post area. The video and audio of the whole matter was going viral on social media. The lawyers had opened a front against the police in protest against this incident. In such a situation, the SSP has taken immediate action in the whole matter. Outpost in-charge Manoj Chaudhary has been removed from the outpost and attached to Vanbhulpura police station. At the same time, the lawyers are demanding action by registering a case against the guilty policemen in the case of assault with the fellow lawyer from the police. Here the police had already arrested the lawyer by registering a case against him for obstructing government work.
It is worth mentioning that three days ago, the police had reached the house of Bindukhatta resident lawyer DS Joshi regarding a land dispute. During this, the lawyer started making videos. Making a video of the lawyer was an exasperation for the police personnel. The policemen had a fight with the lawyer. The audio video of this entire matter was going viral on social media. Finally, SSP Pankaj Bhatt has taken action against the outpost in-charge and removed him from there.
