Uttarakhand / Champawat : Fear among villagers due to the terror of Guldar in Sukhidhang

These days the terror of Guldar is over in the Sukhidhang area along the National Highway. People are not able to go towards the forests to get fodder for the animals. At the same time, the operation of two wheelers has also reduced from here at night.

Villager Shankar Dutt Joshi told that till now more than four passers-by and bike riders have been attacked by Guldar on the NH. Said that the villagers are scared to come out as soon as the evening approaches. He told that one has to go towards the forest to get four for the animals. But out of fear, women are trying to juggle fodder from around the houses. Villager KN Tiwari said that sometimes Guldar is visible during the day. Due to the fear of Guldar, the traffic of two-wheelers has reduced as the evening approaches. The local people have demanded the forest department to catch the guldar at the earliest. Said that the forest department is showing laxity. Due to which there is a fear of big accident every day. Ranger Gulzar Hussain told that the team is patrolling.
