BJP flags found at UP Congress’s state headquarters

BJP flags have been found at the state headquarters of the UP Congress in Lucknow and a video of the incident has gone viral on social media. Former Congress leader Zeeshan Haider tweeted a video of the incident, in which Congress party workers are seen standing and watching in amazement. Controversy has deepened after the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s flag was found in the state Congress office. Calling it a conspiracy, the party has said that an inquiry should be conducted. In fact, there is a social media office on the second floor in the two-storey headquarters of the State Congress located on Mall Avenue. In one room of this office, BJP flags were found lying on the chairs and on the front desk. After its video went viral, there was a stir in the party.

Congress party’s state spokesperson and convener of print media, Ashok Singh said that he has reached Lucknow after five days. He came to know about this in the evening. It appears to be the act of some mischievous element. It will be investigated and strict action will be taken against the culprits. It is being said from BJP that it seems that there is no discussion of this incident. Those who are in charge of the state office are apparently neither surprised nor affected by this. The condition of Congress can be gauged from this incident.

It was told that this office of social media was earlier the office of Youth Congress. It was closed after the election. Today when the staff opened it for cleaning, BJP flags were found.
