Corona’s speed increasing, 260 new infected found

The number of corona infected is increasing continuously in Uttarakhand. 260 new infected have been found on Saturday. Of these, 149 infected cases are from Dehradun district. In view of the infected cases, Dehradun is becoming a hotspot of infection. The infection rate of the state has reached 13.76 percent while the active cases have crossed one thousand.

According to the Health Department, the investigation report of 1626 samples has come negative on Saturday. 260 people were found corona infected in 11 districts. The number of infected is increasing continuously for the last three days but the graph of testing of COVID samples is not increasing. Due to which the infection rate of the state has increased to more than 13 percent.

149 infected cases have been reported in Dehradun district. 51 infected have been found in Nainital, 14 in Almora, 13 in Rudraprayag, 12 in Haridwar, 6-6 in Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh, four in Uttarkashi, three in Tehri and two in Chamoli district. No new infected have been found in Bageshwar and Champawat districts. 103 infected patients have defeated Corona. The number of cured people is less than the infected. Due to which the active cases in the state have gone up to 1040. The recovery rate of the state has been recorded at 95.06 percent and infection rate of 13.76 percent.
