Uttar Pradesh : After Rakesh Sachan, the sword of law hangs on Yogi government minister Sanjay Nishad, non-bailable warrant issued

UP cabinet minister Rakesh Sachan has been convicted by the court in the Arms Act case, after which the sword of law is hanging on his legislature. Here, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against another senior minister of the Yogi government, Dr. Sanjay Nishad, from the Gorakhpur court. This warrant has been issued in the case of the same Kasarwal incident, due to which Dr. Sanjay Nishad became the leader of Nishad in UP.

If they do not get relief from the court in the case of warrant, they may have to go to jail. The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him. CJM Jagannath has ordered the fisheries minister to be arrested by August 10 and produced before the court. The responsibility of implementing the order has been given to the Shahpur police of Gorakhpur.

Police bid – action will be taken as per rules

On the other hand, the copy of the order from the court on Saturday could not reach the Shahpur police station located at a distance of about two km till Sunday. Inspector Shahpur Randhir Mishra has told that he has not received the copy of the order yet, it is expected to get the copy on Monday, after that action will be taken as per the rules.

The officers were horrified after seeing the crowd gathered from across the state

This crowd had come from different parts of the state. The officers got scared seeing the crowd. There was a ruckus when the police and RPF of Gorakhpur and Sant Kabirnagar districts tried to clear the rail track after persuading the agitators. Stone pelting started on the police, bullets were fired. Demolition and arson started.

22-year-old youth had lost his life in the movement

A 22-year-old youth involved in the movement was killed. More than 30 police personnel including the then DIG of Gorakhpur and SP of Sant Kabirnagar were also injured in stone pelting. In this case, a named case was registered against 36 people including Sanjay Nishad. The police arrested everyone one by one. Sanjay Nishad surrendered in court.

Sanjay Nishad said – will keep his point in court

Nishad Party President, Cabinet Minister Dr. Sanjay Nishad has issued a statement saying that he has got information about the warrant issued by CJM Court Gorakhpur in Nishad Reservation case through media. It is said that at present he is in Andhra Pradesh. Appearing in the court on August 10 and presenting the case.
