Uttarakhand : Dhami government’s big announcement regarding medal winners of the state, those who bring medals will get a reward of up to 2 crores

To encourage sportspersons in the state, the government has increased the amount of sports awards. According to the order issued by the Sports Department, the prize money has been increased from 30 to 100 percent. This order was issued on Thursday by the Director of Sports Department, Jitendra Sonkar.

Two crore to the gold winner in the Olympics

According to the order of the Director of Sports, the sportsperson of the state who won the gold medal in the Olympic Games will be given a prize money of Rs.2 crore. Whereas, one and a half crore rupees will be given to the silver medalist and one crore rupees to the bronze medalist. Fifty lakh rupees will be given to the player participating in the Olympic Games.

Three million will be available for winning the world cup

Three lakhs to the World Cup gold medalist and 30 lakhs to the state player who won the gold medal in the World Cup, 20 lakhs to the silver medalist, 15 lakhs to the bronze medalist and seven and a half lakhs to the participating player. Will go

National Games Prize Money Increased Prize money has been increased for the winning players in Commonwealth Games, Asian Championship, Commonwealth as well as other international and national sports events. The prize money has also been increased for the junior and sub junior category players. According to the order, 20 percent amount will be given in advance to the players participating in Olympics, World Cup, Asian Games and Commonwealth Games after selection.

According to the order, thirty lakhs will be given to the sportspersons of the state who have won gold medals in Asian Games, 20 lakhs to the silver medalists, 15 lakhs to the bronze medalists and Rs 7.50 lakhs to the sportspersons participating in the Games.
