According to the data released by the Ministry of Health this morning, 5,443 new cases of corona infection have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours while 26 people have died. During this 5,291 people managed to beat the corona virus. With this, the number of active cases of corona in the country has increased to 46 thousand 342. An increase of 126 has been registered in the number of active cases in the last 24 hours.

With this, the total number of corona infected in the country has increased to 4 crore 45 lakh 53 thousand 113. While the number of people recovering has increased to 4 crore 39 lakh 78 thousand 271. At the same time, a total of 5 lakh 28 thousand 429 people have died due to corona virus infection so far in the country.

According to the information given by the Ministry of Health, the number of people recovering from corona is increasing continuously. Now the recovery rate in the country has increased to 98.71 percent. At the same time, active cases comprise 0.10 percent of the total infection. The infection rate was recorded at 1.61 percent.

The government is emphasizing on vaccination to control the corona virus. So far, the number of vaccinations has reached 217 crore 11 lakh 36 thousand 934. At the same time, 15 lakh 85 thousand 343 people have been given the dose of corona vaccine in the last 24 hours.
