This time Vande Bharat Express collided with cow, front part of train damaged

The Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express has once again become a victim of an accident. An official of Western Railway has given this information on Friday. All the passengers traveling in this express train are safe, only the mask of the train i.e. nose cone panel has been damaged in the incident. For the past two days, the news of unsuspecting animals colliding with this semi-high speed express train is coming to the fore.

Sumit Kumar, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway has confirmed the incident. He has told that all the passengers traveling in Vande Bharat Express are safe, in this incident only the front part of the train has been slightly damaged. According to the information, the express train hit the wild animal at 3.48 pm on Friday. The incident happened around Anand railway station in Gujarat, about 432 km from Mumbai.

Earlier 4 buffaloes were hit

A semi-high speed train passing through Gujarat’s Anand railway station has hit a cow this time. Even before this, on Thursday, this high speed train hit a herd of 4 buffaloes roaming on the tracks. Due to this collision, the front part of the Vande Bharat Express train was damaged.

Vande Bharat Express runs on these railway routes of the country

Vande Bharat Express train is the fastest train in the country. The name of this train is the record of achieving a speed of 0 to 100 kmph in just 52 seconds. This train is currently running on three routes of the country. In which the first is Delhi-Varanasi and the second is Delhi-Katra railway route. This train has been started recently between the third route Gandhinagar and Mumbai Central. On 29 September 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had flagged off to run Vande Bharat on this new route. During this, he also traveled till Kalupur railway station i.e. Ahmedabad railway station.
