Uttarakhand : Dhami went out for a walk on the road with an umbrella in Rudraprayag

Despite heavy rain this morning, CM Pushkar Dhami took a walk ahead of Tilwara Guest House. He walked with an umbrella and interacted with the local people and pilgrims.
