Uttarakhand : Keeping the expectations of the army in priority, the state government will find a suitable solution – CM Dhami
A meeting of the Civil Military Liaison Conference was held at the Secretariat on Friday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Various agenda points proposed by the officers of Uttarakhand Government and Army were discussed in the meeting. The Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is a strategically important state. Proper solution will be worked out keeping the Army’s expectation of cooperation from the State Government in priority. The coordination meeting that has taken place today, its output should be drawn. The Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is a military dominated state. Where there is a need for joint survey for various activities for the convenience of the public and the army. District administration officers and military officers should conduct a joint survey and report to the government within three weeks, so that those problems can be properly resolved.

Mathew, GOC North India Area, Major General Sanjeev Khatri, GOC Uttarakhand Sub Area, Principal Secretary RK. Sudhanshu, DGP Ashok Kumar, Secretary Shailesh Bagoli, Dilip Jawalkar, Vinod Kumar Suman, senior officers of government and army were present.
