Uttarakhand: Winds of development will flow in the entire state, CM Dhami entrusted the responsibility of settling the proposals of MLAs by making 2 IAS as nodal officers

The Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken one step further in the development of Uttarakhand state by rising above the party limits. Dhami has sent a special letter to all the MLAs as a gift of Dhanteras / Deepawali to inform about two IAS officers being nominated as nodal officers for cooperation in the disposal of proposals sent by them at the secretariat level. Legislators were required to make frequent field visits in their area. Is. MLAs also have to come to Dehradun frequently to discuss, discuss, etc. with the concerned departments at the secretariat level on the proposals of schemes related to the development of the area and for speedy disposal of public problems that come to their notice during field visits. Due to frequent visits to Dehradun, on the one hand the work of public relations and field visits of MLAs is affected, on the other hand, state time and resources are also spent.

Additional Secretary level of All India Administrative Service for cooperation and coordination in speedy disposal of matters related to administrative / financial sanction of development plans or issues raised by the legislators from time to time by Chief Minister Dhami in an effort to solve this problem of the legislators. Two officers of the For the cooperation of the MLAs of Kumaon Mandal, Navneet Pandey and for the cooperation of the MLAs of Garhwal Mandal, Lalit Mohan Rayal, Additional Secretary, Hon’ble Chief Minister, has been entrusted with the above responsibility. It will be the responsibility of both the nodal officers to apprise the MLAs of the situation in coordination with the concerned departments regarding the speedy disposal of the proposals received from the respective MLAs from their respective divisions.

Just a few days ago, proposals of 10-10 development schemes have been invited from all the MLAs for the development of the state by rising above the party limit by Chief Minister Dhami and now again all the MLAs have been invited at the secretariat level for their cooperation in proper disposal of the proposals. Giving such responsibility to two IAS officers is another innovative attempt to take everyone along in the development of Uttarakhand, and is an excellent example of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s motto “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas”.
