Uttarakhand : Another MLA wrote a letter to the CM, demanding a session in Dehradun

Yamunotri MLA Sanjay Doval has written a letter to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami requesting to organize the upcoming winter session of the Vidhan Sabha in Dehradun. In his letter sent on November 2, 2022, Yamunotri MLA Sanjay Doval has requested Chief Minister Dhami to hold the summer assembly session in Gairsain and winter assembly session in Dehradun keeping in view the common sentiments of Uttarakhand.

It is known that earlier on November 1, 2022, Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar and Laksar MLA Shahzad have also requested through letters to organize the upcoming winter session of the Vidhan Sabha in Dehradun. Keeping in view the sentiments of the general public in Uttarakhand, Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar held the summer assembly session in Gairsain and the winter assembly session in Dehradun and Laksar MLA Shahzad held the winter session of the assembly due to excessive hail, rain and continuous snowfall in Gairsain. It has been requested to be organized in Dehradun itself.
