A large number of local people had reached the Bharadisain assembly building premises since morning. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the people regarding the State Foundation Day celebrations. When CM reached Dhami Bharadisain, people welcomed him warmly. Cultural programs were also organized on this occasion. During this, CM Dhami said that on the auspicious day of State Foundation Day, I extend hearty congratulations and best wishes to all of you. On this occasion, I bow down to all the martyr state agitators and the martyrs who made their supreme sacrifice in the defense of the country. He said that I also bow down to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, because of whom we got this state. On this occasion, I would also like to thank Prime Minister Modi, under whose guidance the state is continuously moving forward.

PM Modi has special attachment towards Uttarakhand. This year, PM Modi has appealed to all the countrymen from Mana village to spend 5% of the total expenditure of the religious pilgrimage on local products. I have seen the state formation movement very closely. Whenever I remember the Khatima incident, tears come to my eyes. I want to say with determination that we will build a state according to the dreams of the state agitators. Today the journey of 22 years of our state has been completed, we are determined to build a state according to the dreams of our brave martyr agitators.

CM Dhami said that we had promised the people of Uttarakhand to implement the Uniform Civil Code before the elections and as soon as the new government was formed, we first formed a committee for this. According to the draft given by the committee, the Uniform Civil Code will be implemented soon.
