Madhya Pradesh / Bhopal : Troubled by not getting married, 32-year-old youth took his mother’s life

A sensational case has come to light from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Angry over not getting married here, a man killed his 67-year-old mother. The person’s age is 32 years. The accused beat his mother with a cricket bat so badly that she died. Police said that after the mother’s death, with the intention of hiding the crime, the accused said that she had fallen from the roof, although the police arrested him on the charge of murder. Kohefija police station in-charge Vijay Singh Sisodia said that the incident took place on Tuesday night with Asma Farooq, who lived with her family near Bismillah Masjid in Khanu village. He told that Asma has two sons, in which the elder son Ataullah is married. While the younger son Abdul Ahad Farhan has not been able to get married due to his mental weakness.

Mother got injured after falling from the roof – the killer told her brother

Sisodia told that Farhan often used to quarrel with his mother regarding this. He said that on Tuesday night Ataullah had gone to his in-laws house to pick up his wife and on returning from there he saw his mother lying in a pool of blood in the room. When asked by Alaullah, Farhan said that the mother had fallen from the roof and got injured.

The accused confessed to the crime of killing the mother

Police said that on being taken to the hospital, the doctors declared the woman dead and informed the police about the matter. He told that after inspecting the spot, Farhan was questioned on the basis of suspicion, then he confessed to killing the mother by striking her with a bat. The woman died on the spot due to head injury. Police said that Abdul has been arrested on the charge of murder.
