Uttarakhand : Ankita would have been so happy on her birthday today, now the family is waiting to receive this gift

There is silence in the house where the daughter’s birthday was to be celebrated today. Today is November 11, the birthday of Ankita Bhandari, who is smiling and laughing every moment, but the whole family has tears in their eyes on the day of daughter’s birthday. Along with birthday, today is another special day for the family members.

What will happen to Ankita’s culprits will also be decided today. Pauri Garhwal resident Ashutosh Negi had filed a petition in the High Court, which will be heard in the Nainital High Court today. Relatives say that if Ankita gets justice today, it will be her birthday gift.

Ashutosh Negi, a resident of Pauri Garhwal, had filed a petition in the High Court. In this, he had said that the evidence of Pauri resident Ankita Bhandari murder case has been destroyed by running bulldozers at Vanantra Resort on the instructions of MLA Renu Bisht. Ankita, who was working as a receptionist in the resort, was made to disappear from the room even to the sheet. The petitioner had demanded a CBI inquiry into the episode.

In the Ankita murder case, the police have arrested three people including Pulkit Arya. Ankita Bhandari (19) worked as a receptionist at Vanantra Resort at Yamkeshwar in Pauri district. When she suddenly went missing on the night of 18, her search started.

On September 23, the police arrested all the three accused in the case of Ankita’s disappearance. During police interrogation, he confessed to the murder. Ankita’s body was recovered from a canal on 24 September only on the behest of the accused.

On the other hand, the State Mahila Congress took out a candle march from Ghantaghar to Gandhi Park for justice to the daughters of Uttarakhand.

Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat, who was involved in the candle march, said that the government should find an option to get justice for both the daughters, originally from Pauri. Daughters are asking if there is someone who is their culprit.

The former chief minister said that the state government has not been able to fight the legal battle as a state in the daughter’s case in Delhi. The Chief Minister’s talk of giving 25 lakhs to the family of daughter Ankita Bhandari and job to her brother is commendable.

This help should be given to the family of what happened to the daughter of Uttarakhand in Delhi. The assistance of experts in constitutional justice like Manu Singhvi and Kapil Sibal may be taken to find a judicial alternative. Rape is the most heinous crime, we will find its culprit from Hades and punish it. This should be the determination of the small state.
