Earthquake tremors in Himachal’s Kullu and Mandi districts, magnitude 4.1 on Richter scale
Earthquake tremors were felt in Kullu and Mandi districts of Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday night. The earthquake occurred around 9:33 pm and its epicenter was at a depth of five kilometers underground in Jogindernagar. The intensity of the earthquake was 4.1 on the Richter scale. Tremors were also felt in Kullu, Bhuntar and Manali. Many people came out of their houses in panic and went towards open places. However, there is no report of any damage due to the earthquake.
