Trivendra Singh gives credit to Anil Baluni for filing review petition in Chhawla gangrape case

Various reactions are coming from all over the country to get justice for the daughter of Uttarakhand in the Delhi Chhawla gangrape case. On the other hand, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has now given permission to file a reconsideration petition (Reconsideration petition in Chhawla gangrape case). In such a situation, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, who reached Dehradun after meeting the Delhi victim’s family, has given credit to Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni for instilling hope in this reconsideration petition. The special thing is that Trivendra Singh Rawat was seen avoiding speaking on the role of CM Dhami to bring justice to the victim’s family. The fight between Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat in Uttarakhand has now become public. Neither the party organization is saying anything on this matter nor any statement has come out openly from the government. In such a situation, now a new statement of Trivendra Singh Rawat has heated up the political atmosphere. Not only this, opposition parties and common people are also seen on the roads from Delhi to Dehradun to get justice for the victim.

On the other hand, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat met the victim’s family in Delhi. Apart from this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Rajya Sabha MP Anil Baluni have also spoken to the family. In the midst of all these efforts, former Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat gave credit to Anil Baluni for raising the hope of filing a review petition as soon as he reached Dehradun from New Delhi. Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the whole country is shocked by the decision of the court in the case of the victim. He said that the way Anil Baluni has made efforts in this matter, he wants to thank him.

Trivendra Singh Rawat said that Anil Baluni has taken a concrete initiative in this whole matter and has made a commendable effort for the reconsideration petition. He requested people to raise their voice even more in this whole episode. During this entire statement, he did not say anything on the efforts of the state government or Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Obviously, the way the distance between CM Dhami and Trivendra Singh Rawat has appeared, his statement is being seen in the same form and is being linked to ignoring the efforts of his own government.

Let us tell you that in the case of Chhawla rape and murder in the capital, Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena has approved the Delhi government to file a review petition (review petition in Chhawla case) against the acquittal of the three accused. Now Solicitor General Tushar Mehta will present the government’s side in this sensational case. In February 2012, in the case of rape and murder in Chhawla, Delhi, the Supreme Court on November 7 had acquitted the three convicts of this gangrape, while earlier the High Court and the lower court had sentenced them to death. The court had said that the prosecution could not present sufficient evidence.

Like everyday, on February 14, 2012, ‘Nirbhaya’ had left home to go to her work, but that day she did not return home till late evening. The relatives searched for him a lot, but could not find any clue. After searching a lot, I got so much information that some people have been seen taking a girl out of Delhi by putting her in a car.

When the police started the investigation, two days later i.e. on February 16, the girl’s body was found in a sugarcane field in Haryana. The brutality that was done to her was worse than Nirbhaya of Delhi. According to the relatives, Nirbhaya of Uttarakhand was scratched like an animal by the accused. She was not only beaten up, but she was gang-raped continuously for two days. Not only this, acid was put in his eyes, a bottle of liquor was found from his delicate organs. His body was scorched by heating water.
