Uttarakhand : In Chintan Shivir, CS took a dig at the officers, said – the work is not for saying NO, but for finding a way out.

A three-day Chintan Shivir Mussoorie of the Government of Uttarakhand has started today from 22nd November at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy, Mussoorie. In this Chintan Shivir, the road map of the state’s development and other problems will be discussed. In this camp, apart from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Secretary of the state and District Magistrates of all the districts of the state, senior officials of the government are present. State Chief Secretary SS Sandhu has given a big statement on the first day of Chintan Shivir.

While addressing the officers in Chintan Shivir, Chief Secretary SS Sandhu (CS SS Sandhu big comment) said that IAS officers consider doing no on file as ego. Have a negative attitude and instead of getting rid of the work, understand their power in saying no to it. Chief Secretary SS Sandhu said that IAS officers feel that if they are not asked for any work, then their strength is reflected, whereas according to me, IAS should mean I have a solution.
