Sisodia’s counterattack on CBI’s charge sheet

On not being named in the CBI’s charge sheet in the liquor scam, Sisodia said that the BJP had come up with a fascinating story that there was a liquor scam in Delhi.  BJP had narrated scams worth crores.  CBI raids were conducted at my house and raids were conducted.  My bank locker has been searched.  I had said at that time also that there was no liquor scam in Delhi.

Sisodia said that BJP has harassed and maligned in the name of liquor scam. It is clear from the CBI charge sheet that there was no liquor scam.

Demand for removal of LG of Delhi

On the charge sheet of CBI, Sisodia has demanded the removal of LG of Delhi and said whether action will be taken against LG and CS of Delhi now?  Shouldn’t the LG be removed as the CBI has given me a clean chit?

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi keeps thinking about plotting against the opposition parties.  Prime Minister Modi should apologise.

He said that the LG should resign from his post and action should be taken against the Chief Secretary, who conspired as a part of the BJP’s conspiracy.  Similarly, Satyendar Jain will also come out clean.

This whole case is fake

On Manish Sisodia’s name not being mentioned in the CBI’s charge sheet filed in the Excise Policy case, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that Manish’s name is not there in the charge sheet.

He said that this whole case is fake.  Nothing is found in Red.  800 officers did not find anything in the investigation for four months.  Manish has given hope of a good future to crores of poor children of the country through the education revolution.  Kejriwal said that I am sad that a conspiracy was hatched to defame such a person by implicating him in a false case.
