MP from Uttarakhand met PM Modi, Prime Minister had given him tea invitation

MPs of Uttarakhand met Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The MPs congratulated PM Modi for his resounding victory in the assembly elections. The MPs also met the party’s national president JP Nadda. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had called Uttarakhand MPs for tea. Even before this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has held talks with the Rajya Sabha MPs of Uttar Pradesh over tea. Uttarakhand BJP state in-charge Dushyant Gautam, MP and Union Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Tirath Singh Rawat, Rani Rajyalakshmi Shah, Ajay Tamta, Anil Baluni, Naresh Bansal were included in the meeting.

CM Dhami had met PM Modi

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Parliament House for about an hour last day. In this meeting, CM Dhami discussed with the Prime Minister regarding the resumption of 44 hydroelectric projects in Uttarakhand. Along with this, there was a discussion between the two leaders regarding the development works of the state.

After which CM Dhami said that hydropower projects are very important for the economy of Uttarakhand. Even at the time of formation of the state, hydropower projects were in the center point. But in the last few years, progress could not be made in this area because somewhere there was a problem due to the lack of coordination between the Supreme Court and several ministries. CM Dhami said that he has requested PM Modi to Urged to consider the PMO level at the earliest for re-commissioning these hydro power projects. Also CM Dhami invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Uttarakhand.
