On the occasion of new year, open air gym built at a cost of 4 crore 9 lakhs in 94 urban bodies of Uttarakhand was inaugurated

On the auspicious occasion of New Year, inauguration/foundation ceremony of open air gym built at a cost of Rs 4 crore 9 lakh was organized in 94 urban bodies of the state. Inauguration of 74 open air gyms in 54 civic bodies and foundation stone laying program of 87 open air gyms to be built in 65 civic bodies. Apart from this, 7 parks to be built at a cost of Rs 2.86 crore were also inaugurated/foundation laid.

An amount of 10 crores has been provisioned for this work by the state government this year, and the funds of state finance/central finance were invested by the bodies in the convergence method. In Dehradun, the foundation stone of two parks of Ward 33 (Yamuna Colony) and Ward 41 was laid in Dehradun. Now, on the one hand, where open spaces will be protected in the cities, on the other hand, citizens of all classes will be able to take advantage of these facilities.
