A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Here the goons cut off the private part of a 6th class student. It is alleged that the miscreants tried to rape his minor sister. The father had filed a case against the accused. Due to non-compromise, the accused carried out the incident.
The incident happened with the teenager three months ago
The case pertains to Jagatpur police station area of Moradabad. In a village here, three months ago, Bittu Singh of the village entered a house and tried to rape a 14-year-old girl. The villagers gathered on the noise made by the girl. Then the victim’s father had filed a case against the accused in Jagatpur police station. It is alleged that the police did not take any action after the trial.
The accused were pressurizing the agreement
The victim’s father alleges that the accused were pressing for a settlement since then. The accused had threatened that he would not go to jail for molestation or attempted rape, but would go to jail for murder. The victim’s father alleges that now the accused have committed an incident with his only son to take revenge.
Dragged to the field and committed the crime
The only son of the victim had gone to the farm for some work. Where the accused surrounded him. After that his private part was cut with a sharp weapon. The victim’s family has admitted the child to a private hospital in critical condition. Where his condition remains critical. A case has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the victim.
Police reached the hospital, investigation started
Thakurdwara CO Arpit Kapoor told that charge sheet has been filed against Bittu in the past as well. A case has also been registered regarding the present incident. Police officers went to the hospital for investigation. Information about the victim’s child has been taken. The police station has been directed to take strict action in the matter.
