Talk between PM Modi and CM Dhami on Joshimath case, PM assured all possible help

He has asked to brainstorm on all aspects, as well as the Prime Minister has said to provide all possible help. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami says that how displacement can happen, how people can be helped.
