National Conference, Peoples Democratic Party and Marxist Communist Party are also supporting the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Youth raised slogans of Rahul Go Back
On Friday morning, a group of local youth gathered under the Ghantaghar in Lalchowk. He was holding a banner on which Rahul Gandhi Go Back was written. They also raised slogans against Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. Raising slogans of Rahul Hi-Hi and Rahul Gandhi Go Back, the youth tried to take out a procession, but the policemen present there did not allow it.

‘Journey not political drama’
A youth involved in the Lal Chowk protesters said that this visit of Rahul is just a political drama. It is not for common Indians or we Kashmiris. Congress is completely ending. Rahul Gandhi is taking out the yatra only to save him.

Another protester said that why did Rahul not remember the yatra at a time when there was gun rule of terrorists all around. Innocent people were being killed. The Congress has ruled the center for many years, there has been a Congress government in our state as well. Congress has not done any work to improve the situation. This yatra should have taken place when there was Article 370, Hurriyat people used to raise slogans of azadi every day. At that time these people used to embrace the Hurriyats.

‘Keep travel away from Kashmir’
A youth raising slogans said that we request Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to keep Rahul’s political visit away from Kashmir. He is coming to do political drama in the guise of travel, so we want him to stay away from Kashmir, it is better. Congress has divided India into two countries. Today let’s talk about connecting India.
