Uttarakhand : Superintendent Engineer filed a case for irregularities in the tender, the tender process of the companies will be investigated

On behalf of the Superintending Engineer of Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand, a case has been registered in Kotwali Patel Nagar with a complaint of irregularities in the tender. It is alleged that attempts were made by several companies to influence the tender process of the government undertaking by pooling during the tender. An FIR has been registered in the matter under various sections.

Investigation revealed the case

A shocking case related to irregularities during the tender in Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand has come to the fore. Under this, a complaint has also been lodged in Patel Nagar Kotwali on behalf of Superintending Engineer of the corporation, Surya Prakash Arya. According to Tahrir, the process of tender related to upgrade and replacement of equipment of various substations was being done by Pitkul, in which various people participated and submitted tenders in the name of different companies. But when it was investigated by the corporation, it was found that the drafts given by the three companies were withdrawn from the same account and bank.

Case filed after Tahrir in the case

In this way, the superintending engineer of the corporation gave a written statement by the three companies to pool in the tender. Along with this, these companies are also accused of cheating in the tender and criminal conspiracy. Patel Nagar police station has registered an FIR on the complaint of the Superintending Engineer. In this, Awadhesh Kumar, Rajendra Mimani, Ravi Shankar Pandey, Girish Chaitanya, Sumar Brahmbhatt and Narendra A Kode have been made accused. An FIR has been registered in the matter and now Investigation Officer Deepak Rawat will investigate the entire matter. At present, the case has been registered under sections 420 and 120B.
