Uttarakhand: Governor Gurmeet Singh and CM Dham applied Gulal to each other, congratulated the people of the state

Holi, the festival of colours, is being celebrated with pomp across the country. Abir and Gulal are flying all around. People are congratulating Holi by applying colors on each other. In this episode, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Governor Lt. General (R) Gurmeet Singh also played Holi. At the same time, congratulated and wished the people of the state for Holi.

CM Dhami further said in his message that everyone’s life should be colored with new colors of success. This wish is a prayer to Baba Kedar and Lord Badri Vishal. Let us inform that today Holi is being celebrated in every corner of the country. Kumaoni Holi is very famous in Uttarakhand. In Kumaon it is played sitting and standing. Which lasts for several days. During this, women wear special colored clothes. These sarees are of white and red colour. On which red flowers are engraved. It is also considered a symbol of Kumaoni culture.
