Uttarakhand CM met Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey in Delhi, requested to set up electric vehicle charging station in the state
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid a courtesy call on Union Minister, Ministry of Heavy Industries, Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey in Delhi. Chief Minister Dhami requested the Union Minister to set up electric vehicle charging stations in the state soon. The CM also requested assistance for investment in electric vehicles and battery products in Uttarakhand.

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also urged the Union Minister, Ministry of Heavy Industries, Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey to start a Center of Excellence with industry partner in Uttarakhand for research and promotion on innovation and new technology in the automotive industry. So that along with efficiency development, industrial development, industrial investment also comes in the state. With the increase in investment in the state, opportunities for employment generation will increase. Union Heavy Industries Minister Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey assured all possible cooperation from the Central Government for industrial development in the state.
