US Election 2024: War of words broke out in the US presidential election, Nikki Haley called Trump and Biden ‘sick old men’
The battle for the Republican Party’s nomination for the US presidential election is increasing. Former President Donald Trump is leading in the race to contest, but Indian-origin candidate Nikki Haley has not given up hope. Meanwhile, Haley has targeted Trump and President Joe Biden, calling them ‘crooked old men’.
In a reference to the 1993 film ‘Grumpy Old Men’ starring Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, Haley posted a photo on Instagram in which the actors’ faces were replaced with those of Biden and Trump in a version of the film’s poster.
If Trump wins, Nikki’s path will not be easy
Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is optimistic about her home state. Here, the Republican Party’s primary elections for presidential candidature are to be held on February 24. Haley is trailing Trump by 26 points here, if Trump wins the primary elections here too like in Iowa and New Hampshire, then Nikki’s path will not be easy.
