Uttarakhand: Dhami government will tighten crackdown on miscreants, public and private property damage recovery bill will be brought

The budget session of the Legislative Assembly is going to start in Uttarakhand from 26th February. According to news agency ANI, the government will bring ‘Uttarakhand Public and Private Property Damage Recovery Bill’ to curb miscreants who damage government and private property in the name of protests in the House. The loss of the bill will be compensated by the accused and for this a tribunal will be constituted under the chairmanship of a retired district judge.
