Only two days are left for the Lok Sabha elections. The election noise of political parties will stop from 5 pm today i.e. 17th April. After this, political parties will go door to door to spread publicity. In the first phase, voting is to be held for 102 Lok Sabha seats across the country on April 19. A total of 1,625 candidates are in the fray for all these seats.

ADR (Association for Democratic Reforms) has released the analysis report of the affidavits filed by the candidates during nomination. ADR report regarding candidates

In every election, the Association for Democratic Reforms analyzes the affidavits filled by the candidates and issues a report. In the report issued by ADR, mainly all the information related to the millionaire candidates as well as the criminal cases of the candidates is given. In this sequence, ADR has released the report of 1,618 candidates out of 1,625 candidates standing in the elections to be held on 102 Lok Sabha seats in 21 states in the first phase. According to the released report, out of 1,618 candidates, 252 candidates have criminal cases registered against them and 161 candidates have serious criminal cases registered against them. 450 candidates are millionaires.

Mala Rajya Lakshmi is at fourth position in the country in terms of highest wealth

According to the report released by ADR, among the 1,625 candidates standing in the first phase of elections across the country, BJP candidate Mala Raj Laxmi Shah from Tehri Lok Sabha seat of Uttarakhand is at the fourth position in terms of assets. Along with this, Lakshmi Shah’s family is also at fourth position in terms of highest annual income. In terms of maximum assets, Congress candidate Nakul Nath from Chhindwara Lok Sabha seat of Madhya Pradesh is at the first position, AIADMK candidate Ashok Kumar from Erode Lok Sabha seat of Tamil Nadu is at the second position and BJP candidate Dhevanathan Yadav T is at the third position from Sivaganga Lok Sabha seat of Tamil Nadu. .

All the candidates contesting from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat are on top in terms of assets

Among all the candidates contesting in the first phase of elections in the country, independent candidate from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat Umesh Sharma is at 21st position in terms of assets. Karan Singh Saini, the independent candidate from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat, is at 90th position in terms of assets. Congress candidate from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat, Virendra Rawat is at 106th position in terms of assets. BJP candidate from Haridwar Lok Sabha seat, Trivendra Singh Rawat is at 155th position in terms of maximum assets. Let us tell you that 55 candidates are in the fray for the five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand. Of these, 23 candidates are millionaires, that is, 42 percent of the candidates are millionaires.

Independent candidate Bobby Panwar is at 1,416th position in terms of assets

Apart from this, Congress candidate from Garhwal Lok Sabha seat Ganesh Godiyal is at 181st position in terms of highest assets, BJP candidate from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar seat Ajay Bhatt is at 200th position, BJP candidate from Garhwal Lok Sabha seat Anil Baluni is at 224th position, Congress candidate from Tehri Lok Sabha seat is Jot Singh. Gunsola at 240th position, Congress candidate from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar seat Prakash Joshi at 307th position, Congress candidate from Almora seat Pradeep Tamta at 374th position, BJP candidate Ajay Tamta from Almora Lok Sabha seat at 404th position and Independent candidate from Tehri Lok Sabha seat Bobby Panwar at 404th position. Many candidates from Uttarakhand are top in criminal cases also

Bobby Panwar, the independent candidate from Tehri Lok Sabha seat, is the topper in criminal cases among the total 55 candidates of Uttarakhand. Also, he is ranked 19th among 1,618 candidates in the country. A total of 8 criminal cases are pending against Bobby Panwar. Eight serious sections and 21 other sections have been imposed in this. Bobby Panwar is facing cases of Attempt to Murder (307), Sexual Harassment (354A) and Attempt to Commit Suicide (309). However, all these cases are still pending.

UKD candidate second in criminal cases

Ashutosh Singh, the candidate of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal (UKD) from Garhwal Lok Sabha seat, is at the second position in criminal cases among all the candidates of the state. Also, he is at 25th position among the candidates with criminal cases in the country. A total of 7 cases are registered against Ashutosh Singh. Five serious sections and 8 other sections have been imposed in these. Mainly a case of extortion (384) has been registered against Ashutosh Singh. However, all these cases are still pending.

BSP candidate ranks third in criminal cases

Dhir Singh, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate from Garhwal Lok Sabha seat, is at the third position among all the candidates of Uttarakhand state in criminal cases. Also, he is ranked 37th among the candidates with criminal cases in the country. A total of five cases are registered against Dhir Singh. These include 4 serious sections and one other section. Mainly cases related to fraud (420) are registered against Dhir Singh. However, all these cases are still pending.
