Senior journalist and former editor of Hindustan newspaper Dinesh Juyal died suddenly on Saturday. There is a wave of mourning in the journalist community since his death. On Sunday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the last rites of Dinesh Juyal.

Former editor of Hindustan newspaper dies

Senior journalist Dinesh Juyal breathed his last at the age of 65. It is being told that he was suffering from a serious illness for the last few months. He was undergoing treatment at PGI Chandigarh. He had returned from the hospital after treatment just a week ago. Dinesh Juyal has left behind his wife and two sons. His last rites were performed in Haridwar on Sunday.

CM Dhami joined the funeral procession on foot

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami went to the residence of senior journalist Dinesh Juyal and consoled his family members. Chief Minister Dhami paid tribute by offering a wreath on his mortal remains. Director General of Information Banshidhar Tiwari was also present with CM Dhami on this occasion.
