Chamoli Mana Avalanche: Treatment of 44 workers going on in Joshimath Army Camp, 2 referred to AIIMS, Dhami expressed grief over the death of 8 workers

Chamoli Mana Avalanche Rescue Operation is complete. After the rescue operation, 46 workers have been rescued safely. Dead bodies of 8 workers have been removed from the snow. The treatment of 44 rescued workers is going on at the Army Hospital in Jyotirmath. 2 workers have been referred to Rishikesh AIIMS. All 44 workers are out of danger. At the same time, CM Dhami has expressed condolences for the dead.

Among the workers undergoing treatment, Ganesh Kumar, a resident of Pithoragarh, said that I did not have any hope of survival, but due to the rescue operation of the government, I am absolutely safe today. In the same sequence, Manoj Bhandari, a resident of Uttarkashi, praised the rescue operation. Praising the Indian Army and the administration, he said that the government helped us a lot in such a difficult time.

Vijaypal of Moradabad, who is undergoing treatment in the Army Hospital, said that on February 28, when the glacier fell on our container, we got scared but the army kept us safe in the army camp. The next day, in the rescue operation, we were brought safely to the Army Hospital Jyotirmath. Thus, the injured appreciated the rescue operation conducted after the incident. The Shramveers admitted in the Army Hospital said that they are safe only because of the rapid rescue operation conducted by the Indian Army, ITBP, Air Force, NDRF, SDRF and the District Administration. He thanked the entire team engaged in the rescue including Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the rescue operation.
