As soon as the Dhami government of Uttarakhand completed 3 years, the Center has also given a return gift to the state. In fact, the Union Ministry of Road and Transport has approved the budget for 12 schemes of the state. Under this, Uttarakhand is going to get the benefit of CRIF scheme of total 453 crores.

Giving a big gift to Uttarakhand, the central government has approved 12 roads of the state under the CRIF scheme. Under this, Uttarakhand has got approval of Rs 453 crore for 12 roads. The Union Ministry of Road and Highways has also written a letter to the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand in this regard.

This budget has been released to the state under CRIF i.e. Central Road and Infrastructure Fund Scheme. Earlier also the state has been getting a big amount under this scheme. However, this time this budget has been approved under the scheme at a time when the Dhami government has completed 3 years. Under this scheme, a budget of Rs 642 crore was also approved by the Center earlier.

In the 12 schemes approved, a total of 332.90 km of road will be built across the state. Apart from this, three bridges can also be constructed. In this, 36 km of road will be constructed in Champawat district, 314 meter span bridge will be built in Haridwar district as per the announcement of the Chief Minister. In Chamoli district also, about 19 km of road will be constructed as per the announcement of the Chief Minister. Similarly, 12 km of highway will be constructed in Udham Singh Nagar. Under the scheme, budget has also been approved for various roads of Pauri, Almora Uttarkashi district.

Under this scheme, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and government officials have also been making efforts to get maximum budget for the state. The special thing is that after getting a huge budget in the scheme, the work related to the announcements of the Chief Minister is also going to gain momentum.
