Haryana’s YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra is accused of spying for Pakistan. Haryana’s Hisar Police has arrested her on charges of spying for Pakistan. Jyoti is accused of sending confidential military information of India to Pakistan. Jyoti Malhotra runs a YouTube channel named ‘Travel with Joe’. Another name is being linked with Jyoti, that name is Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish. Danish works in the Pakistan High Commission.

Interrogation will be done in turn

Apart from Haryana Police, Intelligence Bureau (IB) teams will also interrogate Jyoti Malhotra in turn in the espionage case. Jyoti Malhotra’s mobile phones and recovered electronic gadgets will be sent for forensic investigation. Meanwhile, Jyoti Malhotra’s travel history is also being investigated. Which states of India did she visit from the year 2023 to the year 2025 and all the information about the tour of about 8 countries from 2023 to 2025 is being collected. Also, her bank accounts will be investigated.

Interrogation about the meeting in Pakistan

Interrogation is also going on about Jyoti’s meeting with the characters present in Pakistan, Ali Ahwan, Shakir, Rana Shahbaz in Pakistan. Is Jyoti’s helper in passing on India’s confidential information to Danish? This is also being investigated. Apart from this, the mobile phone data of the arrested woman Ghazala from Punjab, Yasin Mohammad, another accused Noman Ilahi from Kairana, Arman and Devinder Singh arrested from Nuh is also being investigated. The police is also trying to find out whether all the arrested accused were connected to each other? Did Danish trap everyone for spying at different times?

Investigation of money trail

The money trail of the money that reached the accused through UPI and other means is also being investigated. During interrogation, it was also revealed that all the accused used to talk to Danish using a code name during mobile phone conversations, messages and chats. The arrested accused had saved Pakistani numbers in their mobile phones under different code names.

Eyes on Kairana

The eyes of the investigation agencies are also focused on Kairana in UP. The arrested Numan Ilahi may be a big pawn of Pakistan ISI. The investigation agencies are probing the Pakistan connection of Kairana. Many Muslim families living in Kairana have relatives living in Pakistan.

According to sources, some boys belonging to Kairana are currently sitting in Pakistan as ISI handlers, which includes Iqbal Kana, Dilshad Mirza, Hamida, Shahid, who are carrying out anti-national activities from Pakistan. Not only this, Shahid, a resident of Kairana, is also said to be a part of the task of preparing agents for ISI by traveling to Dubai, Morocco, Afghanistan etc. as an ISI agent in Pakistan.

Accused of working for ISI

In the last few years, many boys living in Kairana and its nearby towns have also been arrested for working for Pakistan ISI. Last year, Kaleem and his brother Tahseem of Shamli district were arrested by the STF on charges of being ISI agents. Both the brothers were accused of being in contact with ISI and sending information through social media WhatsApp etc. Sardar Ali, a resident of Kandhla, was also caught in the year 2023. He was also accused of being an associate of Pakistani terrorist Waras. Waras was also arrested in the year 2000 and is currently in jail.

On June 17, 2021, a parcel blast was carried out at Darbhanga railway station in Bihar. Although there was no loss of life in the blast, during the investigation, the NIA team raided Kairana and also arrested Salim Tuiyan and Kafeel in the blast case. In 1995, Walve Iqbal Khan, a resident of Kairana, was caught with a consignment of 361 pistols in Delhi. Later he fled to Pakistan.

Danish was in contact with many social media influencers

It has also come to light that Danish was in contact with many social media influencers of India. Jyoti was in constant touch with Danish during the Pahalgam attack and the ongoing conflict between India and Pakistan. Information is also being gathered about the people Jyoti met in Kashmir. Danish was trying to show Pakistan’s image in a good light through social media after the Pahalgam attack by infiltrating many social media influencers of India. Danish was using Jyoti as an asset. It has also come to light that all the expenses of Jyoti’s Pakistan visit were borne by Danish posted in the Pakistan High Commission. All of Jyoti’s tours to Pakistan were Pak sponsored.
