Muslim girl got Hindu youth converted

Jyoti Agarwal, resident of Bholanath Garden, has given a complaint regarding the matter. Jyoti told that her brother Sagar Agarwal was first trapped in a love trap by a girl named Farheen, then forced to adopt Muslim religion. According to Jyoti, Farheen works in making Aadhar cards. During this time, she became close to Sagar. Later she pressured Sagar to convert to Islam and marry.

Nikah done in Dargah

It is alleged that Sagar got his name registered as Sam Ali son Munna by preparing fake Aadhar card, PAN card and birth certificate. Jyoti told that in the year 2021, he also got married in court by performing Nikah in a dargah in Kathgodam. When Jyoti got this information, she lodged a complaint in the Sub-District Magistrate’s office. But after this, Sagar himself started pressurizing his sister and also gave life threats.

Brother threatened to kill sister in the police station itself

According to the information, when Jyoti went to Banbhulpura police station to get information, Sagar alias Sam and Farheen misbehaved with her inside the police station and threatened to kill her, she was also threatened when she came out and brought the old documents. Jyoti handed over Sagar’s old and new identity cards to the police and demanded that a case be registered under relevant sections in cases of forced religious conversion, fake identity, and death threats.

Hindu organizations demanded action against the culprits

After receiving the complaint, the police team and the administration have started investigating the matter. At the same time, this matter has also activated Hindu organizations. Hindu leader Vipin Pandey issued a statement saying that such activities will not be tolerated in Devbhoomi under any circumstances and strict action should be taken against the culprits.
