The Chief Minister congratulated all the folk singers and said that this song will take the government’s development work to every citizen. He said that these songs will create awareness in society and a large number of people will be able to learn about the initiatives undertaken for the first time in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister said that the decisions being taken by the state government are becoming examples for other states as well. He appreciated the efforts of the folk artists and said that the state government is continuously working for the preservation and promotion of Uttarakhand’s folk culture, language, and traditions.
The Chief Minister said that our state is continuously progressing in the field of development. Convenience is being provided to the common people through historical decisions and schemes. Despite various challenges, the state is creating new history in every sector, including ease of doing business, startups, agriculture, reverse migration, and horticulture.
The song “Paili-Paili Bar” mentions the development works undertaken for the first time in the history of Uttarakhand. The song highlights important and developmental schemes such as the anti-copying law, removal of large-scale encroachments on government land, conversion and UCC, promotion of winter tourism and pilgrimage, Adi Kailash Yatra, reverse migration, revenue increase, facilities provided to farmers, and appointments in government services.
The lyrics of this song prominently highlight the development works of Uttarakhand and define how the overall development of the state is being carried out. It also attempts to convey the spirit of the government’s current campaign, “Government for the people, at the doorstep of the people,” to every citizen.
The song features the voices of prominent Uttarakhand folk singers Saurabh Maithani, Govind Digari, Rakesh Khanwal, Lalit Gityar, Bhupendra Baseda, Manoj Samant, Chandraprakash, and folk singers Khushi Joshi and Sonam.
