6 crore property of Lalu family attached, ED action in Land for Jobs case, this property is in Bihar-Ghaziabad

Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tejashwi and daughters Misa, Hema have already been questioned in this case. The next hearing of the matter will be held on August 7 in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.

In the new charge sheet of the Land for Job case, along with Lalu and Rabri, Tejashwi Yadav has also been made an accused. A total of 17 people including Tejashwi are accused in this case. The names of many other new middlemen have also been included in these.

ED’s investigation has revealed that M/s AB Exports Pvt Ltd is a shell company owned by Tejashwi Yadav and his sister Chanda Yadav. Its registered address is D-1088, New Delhi, which is attached today. Apart from this M/s Bhagirathi Tubes is a partnership firm controlled by Lalu Yadav’s daughter Hema Yadav’s husband Vineet Yadav and father-in-law Shiv Kumar Yadav.

Attached to these properties

D-1088, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, which is a residential complex. It is owned by M/s AB Exports Pvt. Ltd. It is alleged that this 4 floor bungalow was acquired in the year 2011 for just Rs 4 lakh. This bungalow has been described as the registered corporate office of several companies of the Lalu family. But on March 10 this year, ED’s search revealed that the bungalow was being used as a residential complex.

Two pieces of land in Mahuabagh (Danapur) of Patna. Of these, one is owned by Rabri Devi and the other by M/s AK Infosystems Private Limited. A piece of land in Patna’s Bihta. It is named after Rajya Sabha MP Misa Bharti, daughter of Lalu Yadav.

2 land in Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad. Of these, one plot is in the name of Lalu Yadav’s daughter Hema Yadav’s husband Vineet Yadav, while the other plot is in the name of Hema Yadav’s father-in-law Shiv Kumar.

Fresh charge sheet after filing new case in land for job case

A charge sheet was filed by the CBI on October 7 last year in the Land for Job case. On the basis of this charge sheet, CBI’s hearing was also held in Rouse Avenue Court.

If CBI sources are to be believed, a completely fresh charge sheet has been filed instead of a supplementary one. Tejashwi Yadav’s name has also been included in a new case filed in the Land for Job case.

How did Tejashwi’s name appear in the land for job case?

The case is related to Lalu Yadav, who was the Union Railway Minister from 2004 to 2009. The allegation is that while in office, Lalu Prasad got many families to get jobs in the railways in lieu of transfer of land. The CBI has also alleged that the recruitments made in the Railways were not in accordance with the norms and guidelines of the Indian Railways.

On the other hand, the market value of house number D-1088 located in New Friends Colony, Delhi today is 150 crores. This house is owned by AB Exports Pvt.Ltd. is registered in the name of The owner of this company is Tejashwi Yadav and his family.

Mumbai’s gems and jewelery businessmen invested money in buying this house. On paper it is a company office, but Tejashwi uses it as his home.

Tejashwi on 9 November 2015 AB Exports Pvt. resigned from the post of Director. Tejashwi has said that at the time of the matter, he was very young at that time.

ED had said- Rs 600 crore land for job scam
In the Land for Job case, ED had said that it is a scam of 600 crores. Investigation has revealed that plots worth Rs 350 crore and transactions worth Rs 250 crore have taken place.

Raids have been conducted at 24 places. One crore cash has been found in them. In the recruitment of Group D in various zones of the Railways, 50% of the candidates have been recruited from the constituencies of the Lalu family.

Know the complete game of land for job deal in 7 deals

Deal 1: The CBI in its preliminary investigation found that on February 6, 2008, Kishun Dev Rai of Patna transferred his land in the name of Rabri Devi at a very low price. That is, 3,375 square feet of land was sold to Rabri Devi for just Rs 3.75 lakh. Also in the same year 3 members of the family Raj Kumar Singh, Mithilesh Kumar and Ajay Kumar got jobs in Group D posts in Central Railway Mumbai.

Deal 2: In February 2008, Sanjay Rai of Mahuabagh, Patna also sold 3,375 square feet of land to Rabri Devi for just Rs 3.75 lakh. CBI in its investigation found that apart from Sanjay Rai, 2 other family members got jobs in Railways.

Deal 3: Kiran Devi, a resident of Patna, sold her 80,905 sq ft land to Misa Bharti, daughter of Lalu Yadav, in November 2007 for just Rs 3.70 lakh. After this, in 2008, Kiran Devi’s son Abhishek Kumar got a job in Central Railway Mumbai.

Deal 4: In February 2007, Patna resident Hazari Rai sold his 9,527 square feet land to Delhi-based company AK Infosystems Pvt Ltd for Rs 10.83 lakh. Later Hazari Rai’s 2 nephews Dilchand Kumar and Prem Chand Kumar got jobs in West-Central Railway Jabalpur and South-Eastern Railway Kolkata.

The CBI found that all the rights and assets of AK Infosystems were given to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter and wife in the year 2014. Rabri Devi bought majority shares of the company in 2014 and later became the director of the company.

Deal 5: Patna resident Lal Babu Rai transferred his 1,360 sq ft land to Rabri Devi in May 2015 for just Rs 13 lakh. When the CBI investigated, it was found that Lal Chand Kumar, son of Lal Babu Rai, got a job in 2006 in North-Western Railway, Jaipur.

Deal 6: In March 2008, Brij Nandan Rai sold his 3,375 sq ft land to Hridayanand Chowdhary, a resident of Gopalganj, for Rs 4.21 lakh. Hridayanand Chaudhary got a job in the year 2005 in East-Central Railway Hajipur. In 2014, Hridayanand Chaudhary transferred this land to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s daughter Hema through a gift deed.

When CBI investigated, it was found that Hridayanand Chaudhary and Lalu Prasad Yadav are not even distant relatives. Also, the value of the land which was given as a gift, according to the circle rate at that time, was Rs 62 lakh.

Deal 7: In March 2008, Vishun Dev Rai gave his 3,375 sq ft land to Lalan Chaudhary, a resident of Siwan. Lalan’s grandson Pintu Kumar got a job in Western Railway Mumbai in the year 2008. After this Lalan Chaudhary gave this land to Hema Yadav in February 2014.
