This FIR has been registered under sections 420, 468, 471, 473 and 120B of IPC at Kasana police station, Noida.
In this FIR, the Kasana police of Noida have been told by the ED that the liquor scam in Chhattisgarh is being investigated by the ED. In this investigation, ED has come to know that the tender was given to M/s Prism Holography Security Films Pvt Ltd, based in Noida, in an illegal manner, while the company was not eligible to participate in the tender. Despite this, the company got the tender in collaboration with the officials of the Excise Department of Chhattisgarh. It is alleged that the officers of Chhattisgarh took commission of eight paise per hologram in this case. Vidu Gupta, MD of Holography Company is also named in the FIR.
Sushil Anand Shukla, the state head of the media department of the Congress, said that despite the clear instructions of the Supreme Court in this matter, the ED is working with a sense of revenge. Describing the alleged liquor scam as a conspiracy hatched by the ED, Shukla said that we have been saying from the beginning that this action of the ED is malicious. BJP was not able to fight politically in Chhattisgarh, so a conspiracy is being hatched by projecting ED and IT.
