On the instructions of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, as part of the action being taken by the administration against illegal construction, a bulldozer was also run on the BJP office located in Taratalla area of ​​Kolkata. The police have also detained some local BJP leaders.

The police say that the said office has been constructed illegally, while the local BJP leaders allege that their office is years old. The police have demolished it with wrong intentions.
