Preparations for Uttarakhand’s State Foundation Day are in full swing. Uttarakhand will complete 25 years on November 9th. Consequently, the state government has decided to celebrate this foundation day as a silver jubilee year. To make this silver jubilee celebration memorable for the people of the state, it has been decided to convene a two-day special session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly during this period.
This State Foundation Day will also be memorable because both President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be attending the event. According to information received from the Information and Public Relations Department, Uttarakhand is completing 25 years of its State Foundation Day. In light of this silver jubilee year, a two-day special session will be held at the Assembly building in Dehradun. President Draupadi Murmu is expected to address the special session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
The decision to convene a special session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly was taken during a recent cabinet meeting. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been authorized to finalize the dates. In addition to the President, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to visit Uttarakhand.
It is expected that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend the Silver Jubilee celebrations marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the state of Uttarakhand. According to reports, an agreement has been reached for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Uttarakhand. Therefore, the status of the Uttarakhand visit will become clear soon.
A two-day special session to be convened at the Vidhan Sabha building in Dehradun will discuss the 25-year development story of Uttarakhand, to discuss in detail the achievements and development of Uttarakhand over these 25 years, as well as future challenges.
