Fall in precious metals
The effect of pressure on precious metals at the international level was visible in the domestic market today where gold and silver remained in decline.
In the international market, spot gold fell 0.19 percent to $ 1809.90 an ounce. US gold futures were down 0.47 percent at $ 1809.60 an ounce. During this period, silver rose by 0.04 percent and it was quoted at $ 25.14 an ounce.
In the domestic futures market MCX, gold fell by Rs 201 to Rs 47885 per 10 grams and gold mini was down by Rs 112 to Rs 47825 per 10 grams.
Silver declined by Rs 232 to Rs 67657 per kg and Silver Mini by Rs 217 to Rs 67875 per kg.
